December 20, our group went to perform the first activity of fraternal aid, this time focusing on children because it is Christmas.
The experience during and after this day has been really emotional because different sentiments have surfaced in our hearts.
We were in different places in North Lima and Callao, knowing places you never imagined existed, experiencing firsthand the joy, confusion and excitement of children and parents to receive some unexpected help.
assistance provided to 113 children and now lives on every face in our minds and hearts, but actually got more.
not forget the sweet face of Mary (4 years, Las Delicias de Oquendo) who forgot to collect water in small buckets to receive a doll ..... Kristel (1 year 9 months-AA.HH Las Brisas-SMP) who accelerated his first steps on the rocky, dusty road to receive a meaningful gift.
Unforgettable the face of Juan Carlos (11 years) who could not steal even a small smile, her face was too sad, tired and overwhelmed.
