Synopsis: A film based on John Carlin's book and set after Nelson Mandela's release from prison and became president of South Africa. Shortly thereafter, in 1995, the country held the world championship of rugby, after years of being excluded from competition because of apartheid. Event Mandela (Morgan Freeman) promoted and used, with the help of the rugby star Francois Pienaar (Matt Damon), as a way to end the hatred and distrust for decades between the white and black population of the country.
