I invite you to read the article to operate our freedom of thought, our creativity in the service of ourselves trying to find a balance between what gives us the digital revolution (speed, information processing, job opportunities, exhibitions of our work, our thoughts and dissemination to be in contact with friends) and the use of our time (we need to develop the ability to concentrate on one thing it reminds us that science is key to long-term memory, critical thinking and conceptual, and many forms of creativity.
